Key Responsibilities:
• Assessing Damage
• Repairing & Replacing Parts
• Welding & Metal Work
• Refinishing & Painting
• Quality Workmanship
• Communication
• Attention to Detail

LOT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
• Forklift & Tractor Operation
• Moving Pontoons/Boats within Lot or other Locations
• Receive Incoming Deliveries & Inspect
• Showroom Floor Moves
• Maintain Accurate Mapping/Inventory
• Coordinate with Sales & Service on Customer Deliveries
• Lot Organization and Maintenance
• Communicate & Collaborate with Other Departments

MARINE MECHANIC

Key Responsibilities:
• Engine Inspection’s & Diagnostic’s
• Boat Motor (Inboard & Outboard) Repair
• Repair Electrical Systems
• Boat & Hull Inspections & Repairs
• Routine Maintenance
• Winterizations
• Installing New Equipment

Additional Tasks for All Shop Positions:
• Shrink Wrapping
• Trailer Assembly
• Boat Detailing
• Maintain Equipment/Tractors/Forklifts
• Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area
